BILL PENNEY

Bill Penney was a member of the Belfast Print workshop since 1995. He graduated in 1984 from The Ulster Polytechnic and went on to study Fine Art at the Slade, London in the early 1990’s, later becoming associate lecturer in Fine and Applied Art specialising in Printmaking at the University of Ulster. Penney exhibited both nationally and internationally, representing the UK at the prestigious Ljubljana Print Biennale and Ireland at the Temple Bar International Print Exhibition in Dublin. He received many awards from The British Council and Arts Council throughout his career.
