Collograph evolved as an experimental print process involving layering and glueing. This technique is quick and easy to grasp. Images are rich, painterly and textured.
Printing plates are of card and inexpensive materials such as Polyfilla, PVA, wood glue, carborundum, fabric, natural materials and acrylic floor varnish are used.
No experience is necessary for this course and all the materials you’ll need will be provided by Belfast Print Workshop.
