Belfast Print Workshop processes images and personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

• The lawful basis for processing your images and personal data is your consent.

• Images and related information are stored securely in Belfast Print Workshop’s password-protected Google Drive, accessible only to authorised staff and trustees.

• Images will be retained only for as long as they are reasonably required for the purposes selected above.

• You may withdraw or change your consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent will not affect any use that has already taken place.
