PAUL SEAWRIGHT
Born in 1965, Seawright is a Northern Irish photographer best known for his documentation of the sites of Sectarian violence in Belfast in the 1970s. His work has been widely exhibited and is held in many museum collections including The Irish Museum of Modern Art, Tate, London and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Rome. Previously the Dean of Art Media and Design at the University of Wales, Newport and Director of the Centre for Photographic Research, Seawright is Professor of Photography and Head of Belfast School of Art at the University of Ulster.
