MARGARET ARTHUR

Margaret lives and works in County Down, and studied Fine Art painting and etching at Belfast College of Art before taking a postgraduate degree in printmaking from the Brighton College of Art. In 1981 she co-founded the Seacourt Print Workshop and was its Director until 2013 after which she was made an Honorary Life Member. She exhibits widely in Ireland, the U.K., and throughout Europe, and in the U.S.A.Margaret was elected aN Academician of the Royal Ulster Academy in 2006 and served on the RUA Council from 2013-2015.
