Print Salon

Opening from 6 - 9pm on the 2nd June at the QSS Gallery, continues until 27th July

The Print Salon limited edition box set is the first ever collaboration between two of Belfast’s leading artist-run studios. All prints have been specifically produced for Print Salon and generously donated by the artists towards QSS & BPW to subsidise these much-needed studio spaces for artists in the city centre. The sale of the box set will help both organisations to continue to provide a platform for emerging and established artists to make innovative, challenging and ambitious works. You can purchase the limited edition box set for £1,000 including VAT. Works will be available for sale throughout June and July in the QSS Gallery.

BPW Editions

To celebrate the upcoming exhibition of David Hockney: I draw, I do, The MAC have commissioned Belfast Print Workshop to create a beautiful limited edition silk screen print.

Each of the 100 limited-edition Screenprints have been hand-pulled through a silk mesh on to purpose-made deckled paper. The edition is signed and numbered on the back, and the image uniquely finished by artist Peter Strain. The use of the embossed seal reflects the quality of the finished product, which has met the high standards of the Belfast Print Workshop editioning service.

Opening from 6 - 8pm on the 2nd June at the Ulster Museum, continues until the 2nd July

Belfast Print Workshop are delighted at the opportunity to work once again with our fellow printmaking studios from Cork, Limerick and Dublin.
We are confident that 16 will provide an excellent platform to showcase visual responses to the Easter Rising from the collective talents of our printmaking artists; allowing a unique record of contemporary printmaking processes and artistic comment, with comparison over an excitingly substantial geographical spread.

This exhibition is curated by Jessie Malone in association with Cork Printmakers.
